2013 Favourites: Bloggers and Vloggers

(Vivianna does make up blog in picture)

This year is the year I really started working on my blog and building it up, by doing that I have discovered a lot of bloggers and vloggers in the online community. Some I now read/watch on a weekly or even daily basis. These below are the ones I have been following mainly this year and really stood out to me.

Bloggers

Hello October

Hello October has been one of my all time favorites this year, I have been reading it on a weekly basis loving all her posts. From beauty and skincare to lifestyle and food. Her Sunday posts, normally different reviews on little restaurants and cafe's from her home town would make anyone want to visit. Her amazing style has made me go out and buy some pieces from her style posts, on more than one occasion.

From Roses

From Roses should have a hell of a lot more readers than it does in my opinion. Her beautiful photos and neat layout is like heaven to my OCD side. She has mega love for stationery and The Simpsons, which are things I obsess over quite a bit as well. All her posts are so beautifully written and presented and you are sure to go back and read more. The odd personal post really gives a nice touch to the blog, big thumbs up from me!

Lily Pebbles

I originally discovered Miss Pebbles from YT on daily mix and had a little scan over her different networks til I found her blog. It is a really good read and you can sit on her blog and an hour can go passed before you have even realized. I only discovered this blog in the last few months but I will certainly be reading it weekly from now on. Her beauty reviews and nail art is inspiring.

Vivianna Does Makeup

Vivianna does make up is another blog I found via YT as she collaborates with Lily Pebbles in a lot of videos on Daily Mix. Her blog is beautiful and looks almost professional. Her posts seem to have a different angle than the other beauty bloggers and I love it. Her get ready with me and weekend posts are my favourite. She has amazing style and can make even her casual outfits look glam.

Vloggers

Zoella

Zoe has always been my favourite vlogger, all of her videos are adorable and she comes across as such an amazing person. Her beauty favorites and hauls would make anyone want to go shopping. Also she has done vlogmas, where she vlogs her life every day until Christmas, I kept up waiting everyday to watch the new videos, her cute relationship moments with pointless blog make you 'aww' and her trip to Dubai was amazing.

Tanya Burr

Tanya Burr is the beauty queen of YT with amazing 'Get ready with me' videos as well as beauty tutorials, you wouldn't want to miss them. She is so good at what she does, that she is releasing a line of lip gloss and nail polishes, crazy! She also went to Dubai with Zoe and did vlogmas, its so cute to watch and can get you in the festive spirit.

Sprinkle of Glitter

Lousie helps out us curvy girls with plus size look book videos, beauty favorites and hauls. Her day in the life videos are amazing and seeing her little girl Darcy growing up on camera is adorable. She even features Darcy in different videos, a channel you should certainly check out!

Helen Melonlady

Helen is a vlogger with an edge, she has a different style, and as well as being a bit curvy can tell you what works, and what doesn't. She has a beautiful figure! She has an amazing band and you can see band practice in her vlogs to see what the band is up too. Lola is her adorable dachshund puppy which is in a lot of her vlogmas videos. After watching Helen pick up Lola and see her in everyday life, I am 100% certain I am getting a dachshund puppy when I buy a house. No doubt about it. I highly recommend her.

Fayes Fix

Fayes fix is a vlogger which I only recently discovered in the last few months but I love her channel. She has amazing hauls, mainly primark, who doesn't love primark! Her look books are inspiring and creative making you want to go and get those outfits immediately. With great style and some cute personal videos including her boyfriend and even her Dad. She is deffo a vlogger to watch out for. Go and subscribe guys!

Who have you been loving this year?

2014 No Expense Spared Wishlist

So there is only a few days til 2014 begins as we all have things we want to achieve, whether that's giving something up, starting something new or just saying I am certainly getting that this year. I've never had a proper full time job before and I'm starting one on January 6th, which will give me great career opportunities as well as a decent wage. This means shopping of course, as well as saving and learning to drive. However I've never really been able to splash out much so here is my little list of high end or expensive-ish products I want to get during 2014, hopefully I can complete my list. If you want to get bits from my wishlist I will leave the links below:

Is there anything you want to get next year? or have you set some goals?

You got those 'Aurora' red lips

I don't really wear red on my lips much, I'm much more a pink or lilac lip kinda girl. But on a naughty trip to boots where I shouldn't of been spending my money, I picked up my first Apocalips from Rimmel. I really loved this shade as it is a mix between a true red and a wine red. I have been wearing it quite a bit and actually been really loving it. I think I will look into more red colours for future buys. It can go with a casual shopping day with nude eyes and long lashes, as well as accompanying it alongside a winged eyeliner look for going out on the town.

The lip lacquer is a mix between a lip gloss and a lip stain and paired with a lip pencil can last a good amount of the day. But with most lippy, you do need to re-apply. I think it is a really good drugstore product and at only £6.49 you can't go wrong really. I will certainly be picking up some more Apocalips next year.

Have you tried them? What is your favourite shade?

Rimmel Stay Blushed!

Rimmel Stay Blushed! - £4.49

As you may know, I don't really venture out on buying lots of blusher, I seem to just keep adding to my lipstick/nail polish collection. I have about 3 blushers I like to use, but I want more choice, I have never tried a cheek tint before or even liquid blush so when I saw these in boots for 3 for 2 they just jumped in my basket. I also brought another falsies mascara, who can blame me? It's so good.

I chose number 001 (pop of pink) and 004 (sunkissed cherry), they were the only colours they had but I'm very pleased with them, I've been using 001 for a more natural make up look to give me some colour. Then I have been using 004 to accompany some plum or smokey eyes. I feel they work really well together, the formula is really good and you only need a tiny bit to apply, so I feel like they are worth the money. They last pretty well, I would say they fade after about 6 hours maybe, but if you pop it in your make up bag or handbag then you can just top it up throughout the day to give you a boost of colour. I think I will be looking into trying more cheek tints and different blush products. Any suggestions are welcome lovlies.

Have you tried the Stay Blushed?

Nails: My Festive Favourites

I finished work about a 2 weeks ago at the baguette shop and I am so glad, I wasn't allowed to wear nail polish so I just had the weekend to have colourful finger tips. I am back to doing my nails every few days and welcoming all the glittery polishes for the festive season. I am loving these polish's in the above picture and feel they are quite festive and suitable for this time of year. I love glitter, red's and greens when it comes to winter, it feels like Christmas. From left to right I have, Models Own - Sardonyx, Barry M - Rose Quartz Glitter, Avon - Gleaming Emerald, Topshop - Jem and MUA - Plum Noir. I feel like the glitter polishes stay on a lot better and don't chip as easy, but they are a nuisance when trying to get off. So I do like to wear them but only if I know they will be there for a while, otherwise I go for the MUA plum colour polish for that everyday plain nail and if I get bored or end up going out last minute, I can always add one of the glitter polishes over it give it some sparkle.

Life Lately #8

Hey guys, so as we all know its coming up to Christmas and that calls for all things christmassey. I have spent a lot of my December getting into the Christmas spirit, shopping and trying to spread a bit of cheer. I've swapped all my 'friend's' presents now so I hope they like the gifts I got them, I opened all mine. I can't help it aha, I save my mums and boyfriends to open on Christmas day. A lot of spice latte, hot chocolates and tea has been needed in these cold mornings. More attention to my skin because the cold dries is out terribly and I also re-started watching Gossip Girl from beginning to end. Currently half way through season 2, perfect nights in.

The Discovery Box 5th Edition*

The Fragrance Shop, were kind enough to send me another Discovery box and leading up to Christmas and the New Year this is perfect. I was really impressed with how many samples came in the box. It was packaged in a navy blue box with shredded tissue paper below the samples. I gave the Men's samples to my boyfriend and he loved them.

I got 9 samples in the box, it is such a good thing to get when you are looking for a new signature scent or just want to add to your collection. I have on a few occasions, smelt a perfume in store, brought it then felt like I didn't like it after a few days, what a waste of money. Having these samples and being able try it out for a week or 2, if you can make it last, you can find which one really suits you. I fell in love with the Jean Paul Gautier perfume and I'm pretty sure I will be purchasing it in the new year. You also get enclosed in the box a booklet of vouchers, £5 off each full sized bottle of the samples. So, if you do decide you really like one and want to purchase it, you can get it with some money off. Win, win, I say. If you want to check out this box, you can find it and more information here: http://www.thefragranceshop.co.uk/discovery-home.aspx

Have you tried the Discovery Box?

The White Collection - Reviving Mandarin Mini's

I got this set as an early Christmas present of my friend from uni, it wasn't supposed to be early, but after exchanging gifts, we couldn't help but open them aha. I have always wanted something from the white collection, as they are such an established brand and I always hear amazing things from bloggers. I got 4 mini products, all with the same scent, 'Reviving Mandarin' It smells so lovely and is a really fresh smell. The products included were:

-Hand lotion
-Hand wash
-Body lotion
-Body wash

I have kept the hand lotion in my bag so I can use it as and when I need to. I am going to try and not use the other mini's too much because they smell so lovely and I want to make them as long as I can aha. It comes in a beautiful little white faux leather bag, which I think might be my new everyday make up bag. For only £8 I think this is an absolute bargain and makes a perfect little present for someone. Have you tried these or brought them for someone?

Currently Loving #1

Hey guys, I haven't done one of these posts in a while so I thought I would pop one up, I've had a few new things recently and I am loving them so much. I can't really get much shopping done because I'm normally low on funds, but I saved up a bit and I know I'm going to be getting a really good full time job in January so I'm very excited and get splurge a bit.

Rimmel Stay Matte Foundation
I don't normally go for a matte foundation, I'm not sure why, I've just always preferred the dewy glow types. But I picked this up after seeing the advert and was so impressed. It gives such amazing coverage even with a tiny bit, there are a few it can't but a bit of concealer can fix that. Having this new foundation which gives such a lovely finish and clear skin for the first time in 2 months, my confidence has certainly had a little boost, I really recommend you try it out.

The Body Shop White Musk Smoky Rose Eau De Toilette
When I venture into the body shop, I go straight to the body butter and don't really bother looking at anything else, but my boyfriend wanted to have a look around at the men's stuff so I had a little wander and my basket quickly had additions, one being this beautiful perfume, only £10 too. It smells amazing, it's a mix between floral scents and like Coco Chanel to me aha, I love it. I've been wearing it a lot.

Ted Baker Liquid Eyeliner
I got given this for Christmas from my friend and we opened up early so I've been using it aha, I really love liquid eyeliner pens, and this does not disappoint, so easy to apply and gives a great finish, stays on all day as well so no need to re-apply.

Rose Gold Watch
This watch I wear most days, I struggled til about 18 telling the time, no idea why. So I like to have a watch now as I can aha. But I am loving rose gold and this is a smaller version of the boyfriend watch. It was very inexpensive from New look, about £10 I think. It goes with everything and looks great accompanied by my Pandora bracelet.

Candles
The festive season and who doesn't love candles? No one, that's who! I've been picking up the tea lights more because I can dot them around the room and it makes everything so cosy, I'm still yet to buy a Yankee candle, I need to so much. My favourite at the moment are tea lights from Primark in Vanilla and Coconut Creme.

Hot drinks
The cold weather sets in and the hot chocolate and warm drinks get even more attention from moi. I find it so relaxing and that I am at peace when I'm just snuggled up, hot drink in hand, watching something on the TV. My Christmas drink love of all time has to be the Costa Black Forrest Hot Chocolate, I could easily drink it all day.

What are all your favorite's guys?

In the Festive Spirit!

Hey guys, I hope you are having a good December so far. I love December, I get into the festive mood for the whole month. I can not wait til I buy a house and can be mega festive. My family aren't big on Christmas, but I am so it will be awesome. A few things I've wanted to do this month but haven't been able to due to money etc has been a bit annoying but it hasn't budged my spirit. But it's only just beginning so I'm hoping I can get a few bits done. Number 1, I wanted a beauty advent calendar, but it wasn't in my budget, sad time. Number 2, I wanted to try and bake and that but with 2 jobs and uni, I'm finding it very hard.

I did however buy a few cute decorations for my bedroom and stocked up on Christmas films aha. I got The Grinch, Home Alone, Ice Age Mammoth Christmas, Elf, Family guy Christmas DVD and Four Christmases, the only other one I want is Arthur Christmas. I want to know about your December, have you enjoyed it so far? Have you got things to look forward too?

I'm looking forward to Christmas dinner and giving out presents :)

Thank you so much to all my readers that stick with me. I love you and wish you a massive Merry Christmas.

Pai Trial Size Products

I've came across this package on a few other blogs and really wanted to try it out for myself. The winter has not been my friend this year, concerning my skin. It seems I just can't keep the breakouts at bay. I wanted to try this because I really don't invest too much into skincare and try different things, I normally just tone and cleanse, but it feels like its just not enough, I don't know a lot about skincare, so I'm certainly looking at educating myself.

This pack is amazing, it gives you 6 different skin products, all great for sensitive skin and all with heavenly scents. I've loved trying out some amazing skincare and different combinations of the products. I was really impressed at how much it has improved my skin, the breakouts are still happening but not nearly as aggressive as it was and I can easily cover up and wait for it to pass. I was especially impressed with and will be looking at buying full sizes of the Kukui and Jojoba Bead Exfoliator and the Camellia and Rose Hydrating Cleanser. I was so impressed with how at ease the cleanser took off my eye make up, It will 100% be my 'go to' when I can afford it aha. I really recommend trying the pack, it gives you chance to experiment new products and find what works for you.

Winter wishlist #2

Hey lovelies, I have been window shopping a lot lately, its probably because of Christmas shopping, it gets me all excited. Here are a few things, I've found while scrolling the web and really want to splurge on. I've really been looking into getting some decent skin care items, my skin has reacted terrible to the weather change and its just like spot city. Not a happy bunny. The rest are really 'home decor' items, except for the beautiful iPad mini aha. The floral and faux fur cushions are so pretty and I think they would look beautiful alongside some plain white sheets.

I was smelling the Yankee candles in Clintons the other day, as you do aha. And came across 'fireside treats' it smelt amazing, It smelt like christmas in a jar to me aha. There were many others I loved, but this caught my fancy, I have never had a yankee candle before, so I would love to pick this up. I am also loving the ted baker designs on cases lately, I love anything floral and this is just so preeeetty. The bonsai tree, random I know, I see them occasionally in films and tv series and think they are so cute. I think it would be something lovely to have when I have my own house, just a baby little tree aha, the link is to an artificial one, but I want a real one. Follow the links below to get these beauties for yourself.

iPad mini
Ted Baker phone case
Yankee candle - Fireside treats
Faux fur cushion
Floral cushions
Clinique exfoliating scrub
Origins Mega Mushroom skin relief
Bonsai Tree

What are you guys wanting lately?

Avon Luxe Eye Shadow Palette

Avon Luxe Eye shadow Palette - Glamorous Roses - £10

I haven't ordered from Avon in a while and someone at work brought a book in so I had a browse, needless to say, I had a little splurge. I brought quite a few bits and bobs, including a gorgeous plum coloured eye shadow palette. I've been after some colours similar to this from Mac but couldn't bring myself to spend that much on it just before Christmas.I think for £10 this is a real bargain, it has beautiful colours and they stay really well on my eyes during the day without eye primer.

I created a very Autumnal look with the palette I used 4 out of the 5 colours. The light middle shade as the base, then I used 3 others to add some colour and contour my lids. I used the darkest shade to contour and create more depth in my eyes. I paired it off with a lipstick I also brought from Avon called Deep Orchid. A beautiful berry look for the A/W.

Have you picked any good eye shadow up lately?

Autumnal Mornings Call For...

The leaves are crisp, the mornings are chilly and getting up in the morning is that little bit harder than usual. Autumn mornings for me are either horrible, I'm tired and cranky or they are great, I'm awake, active and ready to go. I would prefer to be more awake and prepared for the day ahead. This means getting a different morning routine than in the Summer and trying to enforce it upon myself.

To start the morning, something to make you feel more awake, would be light exercise. I love yoga and its gentle exercise, so doing this is perfect. It doesn't get you all sweaty and horrible, you also feel relaxed and happy after. I always go for Tara Stiles, find her YouTube channel [here], she is amazing. I also try to do half an hour or more, on my exercise bike.

With the coldness and weather change, it can affect our skin and dry it out terribly. I like to change to a very hydrating moisturiser to help my skin get re-hydrated so I've been using my Boots Vitamin E Day Cream, you can feel your skin become hydrated almost instantly. I've been using my MUA blush in Glowing Shade 11, I've found this to be a lovely dark, yet neutral colour which also slightly contours my cheeks. Another great product I've been loving for the Autumn mornings is my Rimmel Stay Matte Powder. My skin hasn't been great lately, so I've been opting for lighter foundations on my skin, something not so thick and cakey. This powder has made all the difference and helped my skin look better. My other loves, you might of guessed is lipsticks, I have been loving these two in particular, a beautiful nude shade in Fawn from Topshop and my Avon lipstick in Intimate. The Avon one is a warm lilac colour, which I feel really compliments my complexion and is a bit different.

What are you guys using in this cold mornings?

Luxury Lush Pud Bath Ballistic

I haven't really had much from lush before, but it is mainly because there isn't a bath in my house. However my boyfriend has a bath so I took advantage of this situation and brought a few lush goodies. I picked up this cute Christmas themed bath bomb Christmas pud. It smells amazing, I can certainly smell lavender in it but can't pin point the other scents. So go in your local lush and give it a sniff.

If you follow me on Instagram or like my Facebook page you will of seen the beautiful colours it made when fizzing away in the water. You can find the video [here]. The beautiful dark pink/purple colour of the water was so pretty and the bath smelled amazing which then in turn made me smell amazing aha.

I was very pleased with this bath bomb and think it's very affordable at £3.40 each. I can't wait to try the other products in the Christmas range.

Have you tried it?

Rimmel Professional Eyebrow Pencil

Rimmel Professional Eyebrow Pencil in Hazel - £2.99

Hey guys, so I was running low on my Avon glimmerstick eyebrow pencil. I haven't really strayed from that, because I've always been happy using them and the finish I get. However, I ordered this online from Superdrug, it was only £2.99 and though I would give it a go because I'm normally pretty happy with Rimmel products.

I think that the lid with the brush on is a great idea, helps to shape your brow after application. I got the colour hazel, I feel this is a much more suited colour for me than the dark brown I was currently using. It's a lot softer colour on my brows and lasts the day. I like the smooth and easy application, gives you a natural yet filled in look. I think this is a great product, but I still want to branch out and try some more brow products after I've used this up.

What brow products do you use?

My Beauty Secrets

- As soon as my nail varnish starts chipping off, I will pick it off. I also pick it off if I'm anxious or bored.

- I never wore make up til I was 18 and then I only wore eyeliner for about 4 months before I brought other products.

- If I'm in a 'can't be bothered' mood, I will use baby wipes instead of micellar water to take my make up off. I normally regret it the next morning and wait for a spot to appear.

- I feel very uncomfortable if I'm outside house without make up on.

- I am 21 and I've only purchased one thing from lush, having a trip soon to correct this.

- I learnt the majority of my beauty/skincare knowledge and about the products from bloggers/YouTube.

-I don't brush my hair every morning, it looks better after it has been washed with my natural curls. I run my fingers through, to get rid of knots.

- I hate how my feet look without nail polish, it's rare I have them unpolished and pedicured. Even other peoples feet gross me out, especially if they aren't groomed.

- I buy lots of lipstick and always forget to re-apply throughout the day. I feel like it's a little waste of money because I don't wear them as often as I should.

- I still can't get to grips with contouring and highlighting.

A short and sweet post of my beauty secrets, share some of yours?

Imperial Leather - Foamburst Body Wash*

Hey guys, today I'm gonna talk about this body wash for the shower/bath. I only have a shower at home so I like to find really great products so I can enjoy it because I don't like showers that much. I got this product sent to me in the scent sweet vanilla and cherry blossom. It smells amazing, you can really smell the vanilla in it so it's a 'warm' scent to me, something great for those chilly nights that are creeping up on us. I love getting out of a shower and feeling clean and smelling great, so this one is perfect. It comes out as a gel but turns into a foam while using it.

As the gel burst into foam while using it, you can get a good amount of washes from it. It says 40 uses on it, but I use a lot so mine might not last 40. Also as it is foam, similar to shaving foam, you can use for that very use. Which is great because I am forever looking for products to put on my skin before shaving so I don't get those red bumps. I really loved how this product cleansed and I have used it with a body puff and my hands, It works great either way. I am very excited to get some more scents for the winter, the most appealing to me are Blackberry with Wild Fig & Re-balancing green tea with Jasmine. I highly highly recommend you pick some up, they are very affordable and you can get them at your local superdrug.

There's 7 genies to represent the different fragrances, with an 8 week giveaway of daily prizes, along with 7 big prizes in celebration of the campaign! The prizes are great so definitely worth entering! Make sure you go and enter!

Bioré Blackhead Nose Strips

Bioré Nose Strips - £7.99

Hey everyone. I have always been aware of blackheads and always struggled to keep them away. I have tried lots of different products but alas it hasn't helped. So, I saw these on Zoella's channel and I have seen a lot of other bloggers rave about them before. I decided to pick them up even though they are a pricey £7.99 for 6 strips. I am amazed by these strips. All you need to do is cleanse your face, then wet your nose. While your nose is wet apply the strip and wait about 10-15 minutes.

When taking it off, do it quite carefully. I pulled one off fast and pulled a bit of skin off, It didn't hurt but it wasn't great. When you've taken off the strip you can see all the blackheads that was taken out on the strip. It is a lot better than the cleansers and creams in my opinion because you can see it working and see the blackheads it has removed. I found this does work better alongside some black head cleanser though, but I feel the strips make a big difference itself.

Have you tried these yet? What did you think?

Yu! Healthy Snacks*

So I've recently come across these healthy little snacks. To say they are delicious is an understatement. Personally the Strawberry bar topped with yogurt tastes like jelly and ice cream but its healthy and good for you, so win win. These yummy little treats are all made from real fruit, none of that processed fake stuff. There is no artificial colours, flavorings or preservatives. I've been becoming a lot more aware of what I eat lately and what I'm putting in my body. It's so important to eat healthy but to most people it feels like a chore and you don't enjoy it.

I do genuinely enjoy a lot of healthy foods but these snacks taste amazing and are healthy. They are perfect for on the go, to pop in your handbag so you can nibble on them rather than picking up some chocolate. They would be a great snack to put in your children's lunch boxes. If you go to the gym or have a morning work out, have one of these fruit pieces before or after to help keep you going and give your body some goodness and nutrition. My favourite is the granola pieces, I've tried the mango and granola covered in yogurt and it's so nice, a light snack. But I really can't wait to try the strawberry and raisin ones, I have a feeling these snacks will be in my kitchen cupboards a lot.

If you don't really like fruit, these are a great way to introduce it into your diet. Have you tried Yu!, do you think you will be picking some up? These are stocked in TESCO where all the dried fruit is.

A little update: Living in the fast lane

Hey guys, this is just a little update on whats happening in my little life right now. Things have been very busy lately and any free time I get, I go and see my wonderful boyfriend. We've been have a lot of snuggle, film evenings lately as that holiday pretty much polished off the last of our money for a couple of weeks. I also got a second job, so now I have my Uni course and 2 part time jobs, phew. Busy, busy busy. I am the worlds worst procrastinator and of course, I left my uni assignment to the last minute, opps. I've been rushing to get that done the last couple of days as well as starting my new job. Luckily I had this week booked off for holiday at the bar so I can have a bit of time to adjust and get things sorted.

My second job is working in a baguette shop, I make about 200 baguettes a day I reckon, I work over lunch time, so it is very very busy and rushed. But hey, its money right? As I've been very busy and adjusting to my yet again new routine a lot of coffee has been needed. I am obsessed with buying different mugs and I've been using my pretty floral one more lately, I always swap between each for a while, I'm such a loser, I know.

My little hamster, Cheeks has been having extra cuddles off me lately, while I was on holiday, she escaped and cut her feet a bit so shes been in a bit of a grump. She hasn't ran in her wheel, but I think its because it will hurt her feet, so lots of treats and cuddles. She loves her little coconut so she just sleeps in it between my legs while I type away, that's where she is this very minute aha.

What have you been up to? I'd love to know :)

The Orange Doodle Nail

I love this simple but beautiful design for nail art. You can use it as an accent nail or do all of your nails with this design. You will need any base colour, I've gone for an orange to make the doodles stand out. I used Rimmel Tangy Tangerine. You will also need an old eyeliner or black nail art pen and a top and base coat, I recently ran out of my top coat, So I am using the base coat as the top as well.

For this simply beautiful nail design, use your base coat and the colour, apply over all your nails, you must wait for them to dry properly. After they have dried, grab your old eyeliner or nail pen, just start at the bottom and work your way up. Do little squiggles, dots and curved lines, make sure they go together so there isn't any big spaces. Either all of your nails or just an accent one. To make it more personal, you can write a letter in the center and do squiggles and doodles around the letter. After the doodles have dried, apply your top coat, do quite a thick layer so that it won't chip off.

So what do you guys think?

Sk:n - Hair Removal*

I've been very interested in trying laser hair removal for a while now, I hate shaving and I know most of you will as well. It is such a chore in my beauty regime and I've looked into this and think I am very tempted to try it out.

Their permanent hair removal treatment is very well priced and they have an amazing care system where they will do a review on your fourth treatment to see the progress and review your treatment plan. Prices start from £39 for Eyebrows/Earlobes. My eyebrows are the worst for me, I don't like waxing or threading so they grow back very quick. I think having something like this done would be very beneficial in my routine, another thing I won't have to worry about.

If you do want somewhere else done, they do from bikini, to jaw and even your chin. I will link below the website so you can see a full price plan and if there is a clinic near you.

I would also recommend looking at the skin products they have in there online shop, they look amazing and I really want to try some out.

The clinics are quite wide spread in the UK so I'm sure you will have one near you. My nearest is birmingham, yay! They have lots places in London, Scotland and the South.

Find the website here with all the details on: https://www.sknclinics.co.uk/treatments-and-pricing/laser-hair-removal

If you want to get laser hair removal ,permanent laser hair removal and laser hair treatment make sure you check out sk:n. They have a great and growing reputation in the world of beauty treatments.

Have you guys ever had hair laser treatment? Would you like to try it, like me?

Models Own Facebook Giveaway Prize

Models Own, Velvet Goth, Sardonyx & Pastel Pink - £5 (each)

I recently entered a Models Own Facebook giveaway. I won a runners up prize of a £10 gift Voucher. I love Models Own polishes but don't pick them up as often as I'd like. I used my £10 voucher almost instantly. I've been wanting to try the new Velvet Goth range ever since they came out, I went for the dark red colour in Sardonyx. It applies beautifully, it goes on glossy and dries with a Matte finish. The little red sparkles make it a perfect autumn/winter & Christmas polish for me. I also picked up the Pastel pink, I love pale pink polishes whatever the season. They are a nice light colour, that looks clean, neat and with minimal effort, you don't need any nail art with a nice pale pink mani. It lasts quite a good time with my top coat added and doesn't chip so easily, which makes me very happy.

I still had to pay for the P+P but got 2 free polishes so I'm very pleased.

Go to http://www.modelsownit.com/ to pick up these beauties.

Have you tried the new Velvet Goth polishes?
