The Sunday Post: Breakfast with the Girls

It is so important to make sure that you fit time in for your girlfriends, we always make sure we meet, have a catch up and gossip. When you're younger in school; you are surrounded by a sea of friends, sometimes you don't really have someone who you are close to, I know I didn't, but when you get older, about 20-25 age you're working, in relationships, a lot of people my age have babies and are planning weddings, it's crazy! We forget to make sure we put some time aside to just hang out with friends. I love meeting up with my girls and we went for breakfast at Costa this time, it was so yummy. We all had a toastie, I went for the beloved ham and cheese and a soy hazelnut latte. After breakfast we did some shopping, even though my bank balance was screaming at me to stop spending more money.

I'm so glad I have these two, they are always there for me and I can tell them anything, much love girlies!

What's your favourite thing to do with your best friends?

  1. Awe I'm so jealous, I had two best friends in high school but we all lost touch. So sad! Glad you and your besties are still close :)

  4. I loved this post as I'm currently writing one about me and my closest friends trying to make time for each other and going for coffee! It's so important to have those close friends, people you always feel comfortable with - and it's so upsetting when you're all busy and can't meet!

  5. Awww, so cute! My girl friends and I like to go out for happy hour (it's that time between 3-5PM, when bars offer their drinks at 50% off, lol), but now that I have kids, we don't get to do that as much as we would like to.
