Yu! Healthy Treats*

These little treats have had a re-design on the packaging and it is so cute! I'm a big fan of these fruit sweets anyway and always try to keep a few in my bag to prevent me from going and buying a chocolate bar. Not gonna lie, I'm even more influenced to get the star and heart shapes because they are so cute (and bigger!) I love a good healthy snack, keeps the hunger at bay between meals. Will certainly come in handy when I start going back to the gym!

The flavours vary between, strawberry, raspberry, mango and apple and some are coated in yoghurt too. I haven't seen any blueberry ones yet, but if they are out there I will stock up! Blueberry is my favourite by far, with these my favourite at the moment is strawberry coated in yoghurt. I highly recommend you go and pick some of these up! They are available at Sainsburys and Tesco and find the website (here). Yu! also do fruit bars and little granola bags which are to die for! I love them.

Have you tried Yu! before?

  2. I've never really liked dried fruit but I've just gotten into eating dried mango so I might have to see if I can pick up the Mango flavour of these, or maybe even try something new! The new packaging is super cute!
